    A Little Engine Shake

Today the weather was nice in NY so I took her out for some fun. Got on it a little but nothing crazy....a little auto stick shifting that kind of stuff. Now I stopped at a light and she had a little shake at idle like every minute maybe...never noticed that before..watched the Tach and it didnt move...so I didnt get that nervous....She has about 375 miles. .maybe a cam lope?..this sound normal to you guys?

    Thanks for all info

sounds normal to me. the hemis don't idle all that smooth. as long as it's not hunting idle, don't worry about it.
Izzy pics money talks. unfortunately, mine usually says... "good bye!"

I think it is normal, I have 2 and they both do it. The question I have is that both of them almost sound like there is a rod knocking at idle. Is that normal?

I have never owned a car (including 4, 6, and V8's) that didn't shake at least a little bit. In fact, the hemi is one of the smoothest idling engines I've ever had. And yes, it does shake a little from time to time.

got an r/t and ended up getting a free loaner se magnum while its in the shop for minor work. The se has 27k miles on it and is an 05. At a light the motor shook for about 3 seconds to the point I was ready to shut it down and restart the motor. I was NOT comfortable with that at all. Never happened to my R/T which has 12k miles on it.
