When you got your doors installed did you keep the fender insulation in or did you have to take it out thanks for your input?

We took it out.
Took mine out as well. You have to take it out because of how the door opens now that the new hinges are on. Before lambo hinges, the front most part of the door would swing inside the fender. Now with the new hinges, the whole door swings outside the fender, and if you dont remove that black piece, it will clip and interefere with the fender every time.

Trust me... we tried for a LONG time before realizing that.

You will experience no additional road or wind noise.
I fought with door#1 for an extra 3 hours because of that stupid liner (could not get the door to open with it in. I was about to give up when we figured out to remove it and the rest went together in a snap.
