Hood/ Hammer is on.

Well Friday was a good day recieved my Air Hammer and Hood in. Air hammer was a really tight fit. I mean TIGHT. Went to put the hood on well damn thing would not close. Had to get out the old cutting wheel. had to cut some of the tabs off of the Power steering res. you can see in the pic how low it sets now to get it to clear. but all in all fits well now.

yes its the ram air style I.The paint....... perfect match. the fit w/o the air hammer perfect. with the hammer different story. had to get out the dremmel cutting wheel and do some convencing. if you look at the power steering res. you can see how low it sits now. i removed some of the tap to get it to slide down more to clear the hood.

I got my hammer the day before yesterday for my silver 2006 dodge charger r/t. I did not have any problems with the stock hood or any material interferences. it fit just fine like the hammer instructions told me to do.
