High speed noise!

hi everyone, today I was on a clear road and I got a little excited, so I hit 100mph and I heard an strange noise....this is not the first time it happens, here's a video of a the noise from inside the car (this is not me, I found that video while searching on youtube) well here's the link http://es.youtube.com/watch?v=tMXrMd_VSQE the noise starts at 0:40 moreless, please someone help me with that noise.

Mine does the EXACT same thing under hard acceleration/higher speeds, don't have a clue though what it is.

I heard that noise when I drove an '08 SRT Charger at the SRT Track Experience. It was on the eighth-mile dragstrip at Englishtown. The noise started at about 90 mph, just before the finish line. I told the SRT staff about it and they parked the Charger for a while, but no idea what cause it. I haven't heard it with my '06 MSRT.

You mean that whistley sounding noise?

High speed air going across a relatively small opening of some sort, I'd start taping stuff up and redirecting airflow until it changed.

I'd bet on something underneath the car or under the hood...

Its the plastic trim pieces on either side of the front windshield.... Pull them out and apply some silicone... Make sure they are flat when you reinstall

There is an actual Chrysler TSB out there somewhere.... Ok I checked my service history... Its TSB#23502590-Reseal upper windshield weatherstrip to roof panel

I got my 2007 SRT going 125 on the freeway the first day I got it and I did not hear anything like that....And I ate up an Evo...lol

I wonder if this was a running change that they fixed by the 2007 model year. I haven't noticed anything on my car, but I don't drive over 100 MPH often at all.

I have that same sound occurring at 120 MPH. I first heard it last summer and have noticed it usually when its a warm day. In the winter I do not hear it. Windshield seals as stated above.
