    does anyone have the electric show n go license plate on their charger?

    im think about getting the altec 400eu show n go electric license plate for my car. im curious if it will work on the charger. i see a bunch of people with it mounted on the challenger but not the charger. thought?

    I have it on mine...didn't want to drill holes in the front bumper and put that ugly plate holder on it. It actually fits pretty well on my SRT. I had to shim down the front of the bracket a bit to keep the top of the plate from hitting the center of the bumper...now it fits and only comes up to the lower mesh. Only thing is that I have scraped it a bit, so you have to be careful not to bend the rails or it will not retract, plus you will scratch up the power wires to the motor. All in all I like it but it is sort of cheap IMO.
    Mods: SRT MAX, Magnaflow mids and cat back, BB 9 db tips, 180-T-stat, Predator, BT Catch can, 17" Cobra R's with MT drag radials, diboblo purple LED interior.

    11.97 @ 117, on a slipping tranny

    Recently un-charged :(

    I just got a ticket for no plates and was to looking into this... how good is the manual version... will it stay up until u fold it back down??? Like is it loose or real sturdy to pressure the plate back under

    mine isn't manual but it is sturdy enough. It won't flip down, but its not rock solid IMO either.
