    Diablo u0101 problem code!!! HELP!!!!!!

    went to start the car, wouldnt start on first try. second time it started and got a u0101 code. car now shifts hard, wont shift out of first, and went into limp mode. tried to reload stock tune back in and it wont let me. says it couldnt remove quick adjusts. any suggestions?

    Lost communication with TCM, might want to check those connections/dielectric grease. Otherwise the TCM may be toast??? Any experts?

    U0101 is a loss of communication with TCM fault. try a battery disconnect or fuse 11 reset. is the PRNDL displaying the proper gear in the cluster?

    it shows the proper gears but wont let me autoshift

    check TCM harness. seen one rub through against park brake mechanism that gave me the same code.

    JOEY-ON THE PASSENGER SIDE SHOCK TOWER between the top of the shock and the fuse box there is a group of 18 gauge ground wires grounded there on one copper eyelit. check to see if that ground is loose or any broken wire braids.
    IF those look good and are tight and undamaged-then check the 2nd ground wire on the back side of the same shock tower between the fire wall and the shock. LARGE ground blue/gray color is the motor ground but there are 2 14 gauge grounds there also. make sure they are intact also

    you might need a starscan/starmobile to see if any other modules are affected/storing codes.
    did you try a PCM reset as fargo suggested?
