charger shaker hood scoop

I am thinking of installing a shaker hood scoop on my daytona I was just wondering if anyone has installed one and what did they think of the product?

I've got the Danko Reproductions Shaker on my Daytona. I cheaped out and just got the basic kit instead of the sealed kit, but I could always make my own sealed kit (which would allow the air from the scoop to go directly to the air filter) sometime later if I wanted to. The Danko part is of top notch quality - it takes a while to recieve it after ordering, but it is made to order fiberglass, which takes time to make, but well worth the wait.

I wasn't the first Daytona owner to put a Shaker on, but as far as I can remember, I was the first to leave the HEMI hood decal on the car and paint the shaker body color - up until I did it, everyone was removing the decal and painting the scoop black...

thanks for the info crazy luck so you feel it was worth putting it on your car witch looks awesome.... did it help the performance of the car at all or change the sound of the car?... thanks daytona185
