    Blastin Bob 6db

I am looking to upgrade my current stock exhaust on my 09 Charger R/T AWD. I am looking for something somewhat inexpensive; and not TOO LOUD. I want something that will rumble when you step on it, but not be terribly loud ALL the time. I am thinking i won't want to go much higher than 6db.

Anyone have any experience you'd like to share with me on the quality and sound of this product? Please let me know.

    Also respond ASAP thanks!!!

Not to take business away from Blastin Bobs, but another option is to have a muffler shop remove the rear resonators, and install your own tips. I went with this option. It's basically the same thing as Blastin Bobs, but costs less. Sounds much better than stock, but not too loud.

The Blastin' Bob's 6db's are glass packs. Not the same as just a straight pipe with tips although Bob has those too.

I have the 6db glass packs. They are very quiet. Even with Flowmaster Super 40's. You won't be dissappointed if you want some sound but mostly quiet if you go with the 6db's. I want mine a bit louder so I'm hoping I can burn out the glass a little with water or freeze spray.

I have the BB 6db kit as well. Very nice. I do want it louder though so I'm thinking I may try with replacing the suitcase with straightpipes.

The only drone I ever hear is when I first start the car in the morning which the glass packs are cold. As soon as they heat up there's no drone at all. This may not be true if you replace the suitcase with straight pipes instead of some sort of muffler.
