5.7L Brothers I have a question

I just want to know if anyone other there has put on a set of factory SRT8 Headers and Cat's on a 5.7L were there any gains noticed?

ports don't match so it might restrict flow and hurt it instead of helping...

Apparently you can port-match the headers????? I just saw a thread where someone said they were having it done. That'd be a first to me though.

why bother??...get some jba's n be done with it...i know DAS has a good deal on them.

I have a set of srt8 headers on my 5.7. Got them off ebay for $60!
I'd like to get them installed at the shindig....

You'd also have to add a passage for the EGR unless you deactivate it with a tuner.

I am very happy with the 6.1 manifolds, cats and cat back. I think that I got some great gains along with the tune.
