2009 charger rt/ rt question

Does anyone know how many 2009 charger rt with the RT package were made? I saw somewhere (bad memeory) that as little as 400 were made. I doubt it but would like to know.

Reason I ask is wikipedia quotes only 400 RT package rt's were made. Seems low to me trying to verify.

Shoot, if only 400 were made, I need to buy myself a new daily driver, put that bad jackson in the garage and treat it like a collector car...I've got to assume that there were more than that made. Not sure that we will ever find out though.

Please post this info up as soon as (if) they give it to you! I tried a while back to get that information out of them to no avail. Will be very interested to see if they release the info, I've got to assume that it's a smaller number given that production was cut for about 2 months because they were going through the bankruptcy, but I can't imagine that only 400 were made...But we can hope!

It looks like there were 400 Daytonas in 2009. Which are a Charger with the R&T package. So I'm guessing there was some cross information in that wiki post...
