Wiper shaved = less window dirt!
Since I shaved the rear wiper I've noticed the dirt buildup is much less than before. In fact, it rarely is a problem anymore and gets cleaned now whenever I wash the car.
Only two reasons why I can think of... 1) No more wind vortex to keep the dirt flying around the rear end. 2) It doesn't catch dirt so the dirt falls to the ground instead of building up on the wiper.
Has anybody else who shaved / removed their rear wiper found the same results?

To Do --> Low profile mirrors, 2 door conversion, shaved tail lights and then flush mounting them to the lift gate, custom paint.

yeah, I noticed "less" dirt, but it's along way from where I'd like it to be.

Same here. Less dust without the wiper.

That cant be true what logical sense would that make. Its at the bottom of the window.

Well the wind flowing over the back of the car, down the window, then getting caught on the wiper causing it to "sit" there. It makes sense to me. I still have the wiper on mine and there is always a pile of crap sitting on the arm/blade. When the wiper arm is removed, the dust would likely pile up on the bumber.
It almost seems like the wiper should have been built into the spoiler.

Can't say I noticed a difference.
