I had some moron in an early 90's Escort GT try to race me today on my way into work. It's just insulting. Why do these dumb kids always seem to find me? And what makes them think I would actually waste the gas?

Thats nothing. On the way home tonight, I had some kid in a late 80's Volvo wagon, with the exhuast dragging on the ground, smoke his wheel (yes wheel, only one front wheel spun when he did his "brake stand") when he saw me going the otherway at a stop sign. Kid thought he was cool because his car could smoke that wheel!

Probably true. It's fun to watch powerful cars strut their stuff, they may just be asking you to show it off.

Because young drivers in NJ are generally complete morons? Exceptions to every rule but what I see every day is countless examples of stupidity from young drivers

I had a kid in an old POS Celica do that a couple years ago when i had my R/T......was funny till all I saw was his tailights......found out later he had a modded Supra motor with a big azzzzz turbo stuffed in it.

those are few and far between....but it does happen. There was an old ford f250 around here a while back that ran its a$$ off....every time he hit a bump he picked up a tenth from all the rust that fell off that thing....but when he opened the hood there was nothing but sparkling delight! A big 460 all chromed out with lots of nitrous shoved in it. I think the tool box in the back was the bottle rack. Funny as heck to watch him disappoint camaro, mustang, camaro, mustang.....
