    Who's that vender again...?

I can't remember the vendors website anymore, but he's the guy who closed down a while back, left some people high and dry for the parts they order and is now open for biz again?

Name starts with a "T" I believe--damn i'm to young to be this forgetful...

Well... I'm shopping around for parts and wanted some quotes. I know he left some folks holding the bag, but I can't help the fact I'm a cheap a$$ and want the best price I can get.

Since I'm paying with a cc I'm not worried about his and others previous misfortune. Beside, some things in life are beyond our control, this isn't a "one-mistake" life and I'm willing to give him a shot if the price is right.

Was there really anyone left holding the bag that was charged and never received their stuff or their money back?

I don't remember seeing that, could have happened and I missed it. Anyone have any personal experience?

If you go to their website it says the target date for reopening was this past Monday. Nothing on the Tbyrne site yet, but there are a few things in their eBay store.

^^^ Not to knock BMC, I haven't priced through them yet but by all indications they're highly competitive.

But when shopping other parts, I did call other vendors, and had them actually tell me "That's TByrne's group buy price? Damn, I can't do that. Buy it from him!"

I remember when he posted a deal about the Hotchkis sway bars. The price was so low (under $300 if I remember, shipped), that I knew no one could touch that price and I bought. Wish I knew how much they were gonna be to get installed before hand, though. Man, that hurt.
