Our AR wheels are 25 lbs. each and the stocks are 22 lbs. each. I had a hard time finding a 20" wheel lighter than 30 lbs., especially for this price, so I am very happy with the weight. The 255/45/20 tires are also heavier than the stock Continentals, so each wheel+tire is probably 5 lbs. heavier than stock. You'll notice the difference when swapping them on and off.

How is the tire heavier(i have 245/45/20)?You have the same diameter tire with a larger hole in the middle which makes Less material.I should have weighed the tires while they were off.

I did some checking,The stock Conti is 32lbs each, the GY RSA 245/45/20 is 28 lbseach.so that means mt AR 311 at 25lbs w/a 28lb tire is 53lbs,the stocker at 22 lbs with a 32 lb tires is 54lbs,so they are lighter, only a lb but still lighter.Your Nittos may be alot heavier than the Good Years.

That very well may be. I was surprised that most low profile tires are heavier than their meatier counterparts myself, but most in fact are. If the Goodyears are lighter, than you're lucky. The Toyos and Nittos are definitely heavier. Perhaps what we're discovering is that advertised weights might not be accurate. I've been meaning to bust out the scale for a while now. All I know is that my 20" combo is heavier than my stock combo, but by how much is unknown.

just remember the Toyo's and Nitto's are a light truck/sport truck tire, the Good Year is not.

The black rims look so good with the red calipers. Whole car looks good. And if I may answer one of the questions asked at the beginning of the thread, YES winter does suck.
