    What Are Wheels Specs?

    Can anyone confirm? A D-C employee on another site stated that this as LX chassis wheel specs.

    Center Bore = 72mm
    Bolt Pattern = 5 x 115mm
    Offset = 24mm

    The 300C and Magnum RT alloy wheel are 18 x 7.5 but those stated wheel specs bother me because that bolt pattern is used on GM and Cadillac cars. I was hoping for a wheel spec similar to Mercedes like used on the Crossfire with:

    Center Bore = 66.56mm
    Bolt Pattern = 5 x 112mm

    Previous bolt pattern on Chrysler and Dodge cars is 5 x 114.3. That 5 x 115 pattern will severly LIMIT the wheel choices. :x

    Well, that would be great if you had some Crossfire wheels you wanted to use. IF it is true that the specs match GM, think of the multitude of wheels out there you can customize with. :lol:

    I see very few 5-115 bolt pattern wheels. Perhaps, I am coming FROM a Import frame of mind but 5-115 is hard to find compare to 5x112 Mercedes & VW, 5x120 BMW and 5x114.3 every Japanese make. If you go to Tire Rack or Discount Tire and look up wheels for a Cadillac Sedan you will get few and the others have much more.

    I am planning my mods now and I will be changing my Magnum OEM wheels ASAP to 19 or 20" and I have been looking for wheels in 5x115 and I am dissappointed in whats available. I was hoping that the LX cars used 5x112 so I can use some Mercedes Tuner wheels like AMG, Brabus, Lorinser, etc.

    I can't confirm 5x115 but I do know we have a rolling calibrating jig for wheel alignment calibration and the jig hasn't changed but it's now sitting on LX rims. I've been told it's the same as the LH's, I'll try to find out for sure.

    Thanks YB...this seems to be one of the biggest questions everyone seems to have. I'll add it to the FAQs database as soon as we know for sure.

    Looks like the bolt pattern may not have changed? See my thread:
