Turns out there was a problem getting my emails through to Tommy.
He called me directly and we worked out the problem.
I really truly believe he cares about his customers.
It just seems that he is overwhelmed by the demand.
We talked about staffing levels and he is working on that.
Just a case of having to find the right talent to make a positive impact.
For those of you who have been frustrated by a similar experience, give him the benefit of the doubt, keep working with him.
As for those who just need something to bitch about, well, I dont need to tell you what you can do with yourselves, do I?
Remember, guys and gals, he is a one man operation, trying to grow, but not quite there yet, lets cut him some slack.
Tommy, sorry for the mess and thanks again for giving a sh*t and working your ass off for us.
