So I felt today was the day to refresh the engine bay since car show season is coming up.
I previously just had the '3.5L V6' letters painted red and the strut covers painted silver. I also painted the radiator cover silver and Damian and I came up with a sweet Mopar logo and he had those made up for the car. I also did a tiny work on the fuse box.
So today I took out the airbox, fuse cover, washer fluid cap, power steering cap and radio buttons and painted those pieces in graphite metallic gray. Then I sprayed the air box hose, strut covers, dipstick and the center of the engine cover with Duplicolor metalcast red over the graphite metallic grey and got a deep rich candy red. I also repainted the radiator cover so it looks like the red is blending into the grey, I'll probably do so ghost work later on and I took off the door lock caps and painted those candy red too.
