All I know is they are heavy. Just replaced my Winters (stock 18"'s) with my Helo 20"'s with Nitto 420S. My back is killing me.

New 300c rims with Conti tires weigh about 55lbs-56lbs. 24lbs rims, 31lbs tires, about. After 13k miles, my wheels lost 4lbs. So used tires will weigh less.

That's funny. How often do you do burnouts?

As the tire rubber decreases, so does weight. This sight says the tire tread is 32.6% of the tire weight.
The contis weigh 31lbs, so the tread must weigh about 10lbs.
To lose 4lbs, the tread would have to be reduced/worn 40%.
I still have my used Conti's and they now weigh 51lbs.
I never do hardcore burnouts, just a lot of chirping and some tire squealing turns.
