In regards to TSB#: 21-011-05 which you can look at here: http://www.wkjeeps.com/tsb/tsb_wk_2101105a.pdf
What was it that was causing the issue in the first place? Was it a bad seal, was it an inproperly installed seal? Anyone have any idea? Also I'm curious as to how exactly to determine if I need to be concerned about this TSB or not. I'm guessing first thing to do is make sure the seal is properly installed as described in the TSB. What does the shutter they are talking about feel like? How should I look/feel for it? Certain MPH etc? I hear the biggest issue is due to the condensation from the AC dripping right there around the filler tube. Thanks for any/all info.

It states this in the TSB:
NOTE: This bulletin applies to LX/LE vehicles equipped with a NAG1 transmissionTRANSMISSION build date of July 08, 2005.
(sales code DGJ) that were built prior to December 2005 with a
So since I have a build date of 4-05 does that mean I'm most likely not going to be affected? It was built before Dec. 05, but I doubt the transmission has a build date from July. Any thoughts?
