so, would the dealer have touch up paint for the brilliant black, you think? someone/thing took a small chunk out of my fender, and i'd like to seal it back up before any oxidizing happens..

Yup. They have the touch up paint that you need.

When I bought my 2003 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra, Ford sent me a free bottle of touch up paint about a month after I bought the car. When I picked up my 05 Magnum RT, I asked the salesman for a bottle of touch up paint and he gave me the bottle and 2 Dodge leather key rings with the car. But try to get the latest version AC of the DVD navigation disc FROM them and its easier to have 4 impacted wisdom teeth pulled out without novacaine.

Got mine free also, FROM a different dealer than I bought the RT from. Was expecting to pay for it, the parts guy just handed it over.

Cool Vanilla, matched perfectly. (I took off my front license plate bracket, filled in the two holes, and used the touchup paint. You don't even notice unless you're looking for it.)

Can also attest to Paintscratch.com's reliability. One can they sent didn't match perfectly, I sent back a sample and emailed a photo comparison, and they sent me a new can in minimal time..

I was at the dealer yesterday picking up my floor mats and happened the mention to my salesman that the last time I had bought a new Dodge, I had received a free bottle of touch up paint. He made a beeline for parts, but they wouldn't give him one, so he bough it, and handed it over to me.

Should I fell a bit guilty? Not even! I got a fat commision, I'm sure.
