    strange sound after Header install?!

Hey guys anyone else get an annoying "phisssshhhhhh" sound after they put on their headers... after i installed the kooks i got the above sound and it happens everytime i hit the throttle...sound seems to be coming from under the passenger side of the car and only happens when i'm on the throttle but if i'm cruising the sound goes away and if i rev in park or neutral their is no sound :S..

the sound gets louder with more acceleration while driving, could this be a leak? or could it just be the sound of the exhaust flow? ... i recall the passenger side rear o2 sensor went in a little wobbly but it did tighten up in the end..

    Your input is appreciated .

If it's a leak, it probably is, it's NOT @ the header flange, that would make a ticking sound @ idle.

Probably not @ the collector either, although I would't rule that out.

I guess is that it's @ the back of the mid pipes.

    Thanks for the input guys...

power wagon when you say ticking sound for te flange leak...how loud is it and would it increase with RPM? or is it only at idle?

anyways i think you guys are right about the leak and most probably its at the hiflows either before at the ball connection or after at the X-pipe... and i suspect its probably at the x pipe we had trouble taking of the SLP x-pipes and then to put them back on was another PITA...
on that note any of you guys recommend a good exhaust that comes with its own x-pipe?
