Strange noise at High RPM *Video attached

Hey guys.. waiting to get to the dealer to check this noise i've been getting at High RPM.. why waiting you may ask well because their is no vibration or change in the cars behaviour the dealer scheduled the check at the next service at 16000 miles.

so heres the video the sound is clearly audible at 15 and 20 seconds... look out for a woo.. woooo.. woooo sound as the rpm goes above 4500
Cant tell if its the tranny or another rotating component but take a look and judge!

I've already been in contact with fnkychicken.. who as always has been of great help.. but being 8000 miles away makes it difficult to completley diagnose the issue!

so anyone had a similar issue?.. please share

almost harmonic? for the heck of it, change your CAI back to stock?

is their a possibility of the exhaust flexing at that RPM and rubbing on drive shaft?

just trying to shout some ideas, the sound goes with the engine though, so rule out rear end?

or something in tranny, Torque Converter? man lol... mmmmm goodluck will follow this to see whats up... goodluck to ya man

lol it is shifting gears.. its the sound before the gears shift

OK its been two months and i only got the car serviced 2 days ago (15500 miles)..
the dealer says theirs nothing wrong and the tranny is only making the noise coz its in high Rpm as far as they are concerned its a non-issue!
i cant blame them really coz under normal driving and letting the car do its buisness the sound is not present. it only when i down shift or hold RPM's so i can get a good rolling start that i get the sound.

what they did do is suggest i change the tranny oil (was aprehensive considering the car has onlt 15500 miles) but they bit off half the cost so i said what the heck i'll give it a shot.

result... the sound is still present (although not as noisy as before) but good news is that they didnt find anything abnormal in the oil no shavings or particles.

so basically i'm gonna live with it... oh and the good thing is at the next major service i will get a 200$ deduction as i wont have to replace the tranny oil and i paid half price on this oil change!
