Still no tranny options on my SC !

Well I just got my car back from dealer and I tried to ask them numerous times to uload a newer revision of software for my tranny since it was shifting slow. Well loaded up my SC and still same error saying a need a newer software revision for it to work at all on my car. Man this really stinks for $400 and all I get is higher timing Is there any fix outside of dealer to make this sucker work as advertised ? Just sint worth it for the timing alone. I really dont feel like hassling with dealer a second time.

Also call Superchips.. I thought they had a fix for problems like yours. A custom type tune....

Thanks guys. Is that in Ca? I called SC when I first got my tuner and they told me I had to go to dealer to update the code.

I'll try to contact them again and see if they offer any new help.

I too had the same problem. After many different dealers and stories I gave up and went back to SC. They agreed that since their product didn't perform all the functions it was supposed to a I got a full refund. Sorry, probably not the answer you were looking for, I know it wasn't for me. I was really disappointed, and still am.

I would keep trying to find a dealer that will do the update for you.

Have you tried offering cash? Doughnuts?

Bribes usually work.

Bob...............SC did my update for me, when they had my car in for testing, pays to live in Florida.
