Talking SRT8 and Blastin Bobs Pics and Vids!

Ok, just got done making some vids and taking a few pics. The pipes are Blastin Bobs, the 4" Tip version. They look so good!! The sound at idle is very deep and low. Its actually lower of a tone than in the first vid. It was cold though and was idling at around 1100rpm or so. Here are a couple vids. The pics are from today, kind of overcast so i'm not sure why the grass looks so green, but it was a good photo oppertunity!!

    Cold Idle

Light take off, then 60-100mph, man you can really hear how the Hammer and Blastin Bobs work so well together, neither overwhelms the other.

I was in the middle of this video when i noticed a blacked out charger coming to me.. then notcied the hood, SRT. Had a silver/red SRT logo on the windshield (identical to the seat embrodery)

Can you guess what i did... Whipped a ****ty and followed him for a couple miles to a turn ahead where youc an pull off into a parking area. I was hoping he would pull off and chat for a few.

    Pics-

These pipes look fantastic from the back and esp. from the side where you can see just the Polished tip cause the rest of the pipe is black!!

And this took over as my new desktop. I didn't mess with the grass, sign or anything on this pic, it was just that cool of a shot. I took a pic the first time i pulled up to the stop sign and was thinking i'll just photoshop my car in the shot... well it got to bothering me so i rode back by and did the deed with the car in it!!

Great pics and video. Had Bob's on the RT but caused a lot of drone. Have you had a prob with this? 300/ pipes look great!

Yes, at some rpms/speeds while taking off from a stop under light load the drone will actually vibrate the interior for a second and cruising above 65 causes a lot also. I love them under WOT. I'm looking into putting some aftermarket resonaters infront of the tips (love the tips too) to see if i can get the drone under control!

I think if you do that its going to Hurt performance...plus quiet it down some to...I think It defeats having them at all then...just MHO.....Its the stock muffler that gives you that hollow and droney sound...trust me.....I have been there done that...I put the BB on my car about 2 weeks after i owned it....I like it for a few days then got tired of it quickly.......Hope that helps.....

Not to be rude, but you installed your clamps backwards. The bolts should be facing the front of the car which gives a cleaner look. Otherwise, this setup looks awesome. I am thinking of it as well, but with perhaps a magnaflow as a resonator. I want your look, but with quiet.
Are those tips chrome or stainless?
