a spirited drive between a MRT & Corvette
Christmas day, early evening, after going for a drive, sat adjacent, behind me at the light with a convertible vette. Top down (SoCal, 68degrees).
It was the entrance to the 15 freeway northbound from Rancho Cucamonga.
I noticed him earlier on Milliken trying to get out from a slug of traffic, nothing wild, just couldn't find the right "hole" opening to get passed.
Well, once again, I got out in front (luck was with me, found all the right "pockets" and was able to jump out way in front, and I could see his headlights trying to find the same pockets, no such luck.
Started to head onto the 210eastbound and he was there as well, this time catching up quickly. As the right lane came to an end up ahead, he didn't push to get in front, rather let me in. Kudos to you.
As we exited at the next exit with me going north and him south, I noticed the
sign and gave the horn a beep.
Nice way to end the drive with someone that was driving quickly but not nuts and reckless.
We'll see you on the road again.
