I'm just beginning a whole new look for my engine compartment. I never really liked having that sweet HEMI under a cover but I got one from Avon painted white (which will be on EBay shortly) and it was cool.
Pale Rider is making me a set of his V3 covers which I bought vintage orange Hemi emblems for and intend to have the fronts flamed (yes, yes I'll post pictures in a month or so when it's all together).

Step one was a new CAI. I wanted the Airhammer but couldn't mentally justify the cost so I got the AFE StageII from HHP for about 1/2 the price (they're on sale right now).
It came last night so I slapped her right on. I was very pleased with the quality of materials and construction. It gets BIG on the way to the substancial filter too. I took Maggie out for a spin after the install and was quite pleased when I punched it at about 10mph coming out of our development and spun the tires....cool! The sound with a set of well broken in Zoomers was exellent too

Sounds like you have a plan on what you wanna do , I hope it all works out as good as it sounds.
