Slow roll Grinding sound
I've debated taking my car back to the dealer (any dealer for that matter), but now I have two issues -- one is easy, passenger side air bag needs to be weight recalibrated.
And more annoying, is a very nasty sounding grinding which also can be felt through the wheel and shifter. It is speed dependent, braking does not change it, turning also does not change it. At slow speeds FROM 0 to about 20 MPH, it can be heard and felt, once I exceed 20, it becomes to fast to hear or feel over the road noise.
Any guesses on what it might be -- my fear it a front wheel bearing? Could it be something simple that I could/should fix?

Did you ever determine what the cause was of the grinding? I have grinding happening from the front right wheel area when turning left at slow speed.

Same problem
I had the same problem in my 300 Touring. There is a noise and feel of rubbing from the front end with every revolution of the wheels at low speeds not under acceleration. I took it to the dealer who kept it for a day and said it was just tire noise on the pavement. I made one of the mechanics sit in the car with me while I drove slowly around the new car lot and he agreed it was not tire noise. He guessed it was the front wheel bearings. They had to order the parts so I came back a month later and dropped off the car. When I picked it up the next day, they said there was no grease in the front wheel bearings so they replaced the hubs on both front wheels. That was a month ago and it seemed fine, but now I am starting to hear/feel the same rubbing again. It is not as obvious as before so maybe it is just my imagination. I am going to give it a little time and see if it continues.

Kevin,
I'll definitely look at that this weekend; thanks for the info.
