Shouldnt this be covered under warranty???

I brought my car in last week and they found that a yoke needed to be replaced.. that said something to do with the driveshaft.. now my car is a certified pre-own with 60k on it with the chrysler added care+ extended warranty.. the service advisor just called me and told me and said "what did they tell you this part was going to cost?" i told them nothing they told me it was under warranty and I ONLY HAVE THE $100 deductible budgeted for this project. he said "no matter how I try putting this into the system it says it is not covered."

he said he will call me back tomorrow.

I would asume this is covered even under the CPO powertrain.. NO?

    Hey, i hear ya.
I just had my 2006 RT AWD parking brake linings rust off the backings and lock up the rear wheel. Luckly in the driveway. No go from the dealer!! He said thats one of the things they check. Course i just checked it 3 months ago. rusty but not falling apart. Come to think of it, maybe I'll vent a little myself. maybe warn a few too. good luck in your quest

The stealership told me that only 'internally lubricated drivetrain parts' were covered after my 36K ran out on my 05 RT...
