    Exclamation Room Count needed for Meet in the Middle

    Please quote the last posting w/ the list and add your name to the list after removing the bracket quote commands. Check out my follow-up postings in this thread. Thx, Les


    I figured this would get lost in the other Meet in the Middle thread, so I started one specfically for this purpose.

    OK, whether or not anyone has already volunteered for this (besides me), we are going to need a room count to start scoping out hotel blocks. Pls only add yours if you are very sure to attend, barring unforeseen issues.

    No "maybes" at this point, please. I would hate to over estimate too much. The sooner we get an estimate, the better pricing and selections we get. That's my guess.

    I will attempt to contact some hotels in a week or two, once I see the count at that time.

    Also, if anyone has any connections in the hotel industry that might offer some pointers, pls contact me via PM.


    INSTRUCTIONS:

    Please quote the last posting in this thread and add your name & room count for each day to the list already started. List "half " if you have room to share or "ONE" room if you already have your room capacity set.

    Friday 1 Room , Whole, Double Queen, Non-Smoking, View of the Water Garden, Breakfast at 7:00 sharp (in room), Extra Towels, Whirpool Tub, Cold Beer On Ice Upon Arrival, and 2 Snickers in the freezer please

    Saturday 1 Room , Whole, Double Queen, Non-Smoking , View of the Moutains, fresh flowers on the credenza for the Wife, 50" flat panel, HD-DVD with movies for the kids, popcorn machine and fridge full of Pepsi please


    OK - I will settle for no Roaches and be happy
