Repost from Power Adders: SC install questions

Listing again in general forum, might get some answers sooner. I want to get going on this project, so here's the post. They are mostly general questions.

Ok, SC kit(Vortech) is in. I'm going to start the prep tonight. Now don't laugh, but I have some basic questions after reading through the install manual that are probably second nature to some of you. Any answers greatly appreciated.

How to Relieve fuel system pressure?

Where is the the brake booster line on a 6.1?

How to stop harmonic dampner from spinning when removing bolt without a special tool?

Which spark plugs to use(car currently has 8k on it with stock plugs)(are new plugs pre gapped)?

What sealant do you use for the hoses to barb conections when connecting to the "charge air cooler"?

Which thread sealant to use on fluid fittings(typical plumbers white thread tape)?

    1) To relief fuel pressure you just pull out fuse #6 in the trunk and crank the motor
    3) you just stick an extension between the front plate, it will hold the damper from spinning
    4) use one step cooler and you have to gap them between .32-.35
5-6) no sealant was used on mine
