    Remote install help

We are doing a mopar remote install on a 300c srt and are at the step for the blue wire that goes to the coil pack. In the instructions they show a 5.7. Do we need a specific coil? is it still the same blue/yellow wire on any of the coils? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I pulled from the back coil on the drivers side... forgive me for not knowing what number that is. Works fine. Just make sure you grab the wire with the tracer on whatever coil you pick.

Thanks for all the help guys. It was my 300 we were working on and John (sdcarguy) was helping me out with it. We just finished buttoning her up and besides rerouting a couple of wires to make everything tidy all went smoothly. Thanks again for all of the help and all the referrences everyone has put up regarding this. Three more tips for anyone attempting to do this.

    1. Remove the dash trim piece above the steering wheel to add the SKREEM module "loop". The MOPAR manual doesn't mention this, but its gone in their pictures.

    2. The MOPAR manual also doesn't mention where to place the large DNA module once everything is installed. We ended up tucking mine up and in between the parking break assembly and the amplifier. If it rattles, I'm going to stick it down with some 3M double stick tape. You can also snake the programming button down by the hood release from this location. If you know this from the start, it makes routing the wire and harness MUCH easier.

    3. When routing the wires to the engine compartment, there is a wire loom that goes through the fire wall behind the parking break assembly in a rubber grommet type plug. Don't bother trying to puncture it and run the wires through your new hole, just go to the engine side and pull it (loom plug and all) forward towards the motor. It just pulls out! you can run your wires and then press-fit it back into place.

Good luck, took us about 5 hours with moderate pace, lots of re-reading of the instructions, food and BS breaks.
