    Realistic winter plans

figured it would be kinda cool to do a thread on what everyone plans on doing this winter. Maybe give some other people ideas or a heads up on what they can look forward too! Im looking at doing:

1)the big goal will be the bodywork on this car and "tweaking" the body a little bit. Ive got the paint narrowed down to one of a couple things, Flat black with big fat candy orange stripes, flat black with candy or metallic lime green stripes. Two tone of black with orange or lime green with black. The hood will be different, fenders different, shavework with door poppers and maybe suicide rears.
2)basic set of 20"rims and tires (all black prob)
3)air ride OR motor rebuild OR add ons with stall converter

Cool list, cool thread!!! Let's see, in order of priority...

    1) Finish the interior project I have going on right now - will have pictures revealed by the end of the month
    2) Fix the dent in my fender and have it repainted
    3) Pay off the $7,000 credit card I have from my stereo - I could probably stop the list here because I doubt I'll make it that far by Spring!!!!!
    4) Recover everything interior above the beltline with black microfiber (I'm not crazy about the fingerprints you get in suede)
    5) Fiberglass-fill and vinyl my interior quarter panel trim and recover my amp enclosures to match
    6) Re-do my rear floor to be (even more) custom the way I want it

I DRINK ROYAL PURPLE! WHAT NOW?!

Don't do much in the winter... Stay in when the roads get bad, eventhough the AWD can handle it and I've had 15 years of over-the-road, I don't trust the skillz of "other drivers". Remember last winter the city came thru and plowed the streets creating a huge drift/pile of snow against the side of the Mag... the AWD pulled right out of it!

    Wish I had a garage...

    1. Receive my PWR shortblock and drop her in
    2. Get everything tuned and dialed in
    3. Install the cutouts sitting on my workbench
    4. Should be ready for World of Wheels in Feb.

Snowboard in Flagstaff by day and trek back down to Speedworld for racing by night!
Then give my car a wash the next day with a drink in a beer cozee to keep my hands warm.
You guys jealous yet? I've been reading the posts about racing all summer.

ella lol you suck! I guess when I made this thread I assumed that other people do more to there cars in the winter months when not getting driven so much.......not taking into consideration people who live in warm areas and dont know what its like to have 15 days of constant snow. lol

lol- I know... Couldn't resist rubbing it in, though.
If it makes you feel better, we have to hibernate all summer around these parts.

I was thinking too, when I first read this thread, how neat it would be to need to have the car garaged for a couple of months every year. It sure would open up time for mods because if I can drive, I will, ya know?

It's going to be pretty quite for me this winter with all my money going into the new house build.
I do have some parts to go on in the spring.
    1) Spartan Cam
    2) SRT8 Headers, mids
    3) Inertia Performance Heads.

That will pretty much be it for me next year. To make it up to my Magnum it's going to have a really nice place to sleep at night come May.
