Question for those of you with HID Fogs...

I just installed my HID fogs (already had low) and they don't seem to twist in the full 1/4 turn. they're in there secure, but they didn't turn all the way, never felt like they locked, and I'm worried they'll vibrate loose in the housing.

    Anyone else experience this?

If you can solve your problem, then what is the need of worrying? If you cannot solve it, then what is the use of worrying?

Jason installed a full HID setup on my SuperBee in July last year and I don't recall him doing any handy work on the fog lights.

Mine were very tight also, I just put a little "lube" on them and they turned in all the way.

I had to trim mine just a tad to get in. I used the debears hid kit and it is the real deal for sure. Hehehehehe. I couldnt be happier with them.

Yeah, no problems with my fogs from debears either. they were a tight fit, but pressing them in firmly then twisting did the trick. don't leave them half arse in, because condensation will follow.

O-ring on the HID bulb is a little bit thicker than the one on the original bulb.
    Simply swap the O-rings.
Thread titles that contain 'OMG' or 'WTF' are not read.
    The word is spelled 'Definitely'.
There is a Y and an O in the word 'you'. 2 is not a word.

The things that stop your car are 'brakes'.
Tires are mounted on wheels, A toilet bowl has a rim.
It's only 'old school' if you are 12 years old - in which case it is past your bed time.
You are probably not the first person to ever have that problem - use the Search function, then use it again.

I don't care what you think of my car, I like it just fine.

/\Just what goldsmi had said - just simply swap the o-rings. Just make sure you do not touch the HID bulb with your fingers. It will leave oils on it and lower the life of the bulbs.
