Question? Day lights on when Light Switch is off.

I'm sure this may also annoy some of you as well. Does anyone know if there's a mod or a way to mod the light switch so that when it's cut to the "Off Position" the gauge daylights and the GPS goes off or really dim. I have the GPS so the screen is really bright. It's annoying when it's early early morning or night time and I want to leave the car running and turn all the lights off but the freaking daylights blind me and light up the inside of the car.

It sucks at drive-in movies too. You have to have the radio on to get the sound, but you can't dim the glaring light from the Nav.

Someone suggested turning the parking lights on, which I suppose would then allow you to use the roller to dim them.

That's a great idea but because I'm a drug dealer I need my car to be DARK, Just Joking. switching to the parking lights is what I do now but I've just always wanted know if there was a way of cutting them off. It's just one of those little things that's annoying.

Go into the GPS settings and you can choose day or night colouring, and how dim or bright you want.
