With the predator can you just adjust the tstat temp, shift firmness, and disable the MDS with out putting a tune such as 91 or 93? I would like to keep it stock except for those three area's just mentioned. Thanks guys.

not quite sure about the MDS or the tsat temp but yes you can adjust shift firmness without loading a tune...

you would only want to lower the fan settings if you have a lower t-stat installed though. The stock t-stat is 203* and the stock fan setting are up around 210-215(I'm sure a techy will chime in on the exact temp). If you have the stock t-stat you don't want to lower your fan settings any lower than like 208 or your electric fans will be running constantly and you may burn them out.
Now if you have a 180* t-stat you can lower your fan settings on the stock tune to something slightly above 185* and you've now lowered your engine temp about 20*. Heat soaked engines are more power robbed.
As for MDS, not sure if you can turn it off in the stock tune or not, but it would be in Performance Tune, Stock Tune, Modify Tune, if anything?
Shift firmness and any of the tranny settings can be "Quick Adjusted" without installing a tune. It can be accessed in the Performance Tunes menu under Quick Adjust.
If you have Diablo Predator why not just load a tune in...you can't go wrong?

You can go in and select modify tune without loading a tune, on my SLP Predator anyways. You can adjust fan temps[they are set high about 228] you can delete egr, and mds[I lose mpg without mds, but with my exhaust and mds, it sounds sick], there are other adjustments also.

I believe you have to modify your stock tune.

Where can I adjust the shift firmness? I just got my Predator a week ago and I cant remember seeing anything about "shift firmness". Is it labeled under something else?
