How often are you challenged -

Are you a once a week? 2 times a day?

Me before I done the work on my car, I use to be challenged at least 2 times every 2 or 3 days...

Since then, its about once (Yes - 1) a month or 2 months...

3+ times a day...I live in a Military town, and there are a bunch of hot heads...Mostly with Hondas/Cobalts/Cavaliers and such. I just laugh at them when they try to race me.

Used to get challenged all the time in my wife's R/T, but I rarely get anyone to play with me in the SRT...

For some reason never at a stop, usually going down the freeway.
Some yahoo will pull up slow down,speed up....the usuall!

Maybe once a month; I was challenged more in the R/T but for some reason the SRT doesn't get many takers.

Very rarely. In the 11 months I've had my car, probably about 1-2 times. Just the other day, I was starting to overtake a (ehem) honda element. He decided to punch it, and I just blew his doors off.
In general, I'm amazed at how NICE people become when I drive my car, you'd think I had a HUGE State Patrol sticker on the side.

EVERY time I drive my '89 Golf, it's a race, almost every light.

Usually once on the way to work and once on the way back, in one way or another.

I had 4 ladies all crammed into a Convertable Turbo Beetle with the top down challenge me yesterday on the way to work. Obviously I beat them but they were cheering and laughing and I gave them a thumbs up for trying.

Then on the way back from work, some guy in a Grand Prix challenged me while I was going about 60 down the expressway. He almost cut me off of the exit I needed to get off at, because I was in the left lane, him in the right, and I needed to get right to exit. I sure as hell didn't want to slow down as he would take that as a win, so I floored it, pulled ahead and took the exit ramp. My brakes were cooking at the exit stop light.

I answered never, but it's really been twice in 2 1/2 years. Once coming back from the track on the highway (I always leave the numbers on untill I get home), I ignored him and can't even remember what kind of car it was. And yesterday a Nissan 350Z pulled up beside me at a light and for whatever reason I accepted the challenge. I wasn't serious about the takeoff and let him get a half car on me and stayed there up to 60mph. Probably never do it again but one day I might just be feeling fast again.
