P0700 w/ 93 Tune

Long story short, after installing my Diablo and the 93 tune, I left work today and it felt like tranny dropped outta the car and then it put me basically in neutral when I was in drive. Do I have to get a new TCM? Can I still drive it? I drive 3 miles to work every day, so its not too far.

I just took it down the street for a car wash and I now can hear a noise that sounds like a whine/disc skipping (and yes radio is off). It also slows down alot quicker when I accelerate and then coast. I really hope the tranny isnt gone because of this Diablo stuff. As far as the tune, I have a 93 cai tune with raised shiftpoints and firmness, but left ESP on.
