P0700 today

I was driving home for the weekend from college and I feel the car go limp and then wait a few seconds and try to accelerate again in then it works. The check engine light comes on, so I check the code with my predator and its P0700. I tried to clear the code but it wouldn't. I was wondering what this code means and how to fix it.

I've had thsast when the car hits the rev limiter . Were you on the car ? What are your shift points and rev limiter set at on the diablo ?

i wasn't on the car it was just city driving in traffic.

the shift points are the diablo set ones for the 93 cai tune
