Alot of members on the forums have there good and bad experiences at some dealers, so I thought it would be good to have members from the forums to share there experiences so that members know where to go and what to expect.

Had my car serviced there for a little over two years (till I moved) and they were always great, they liked seeing the mods I had done to my car and one time when I brought it in after installing my CAI (360 Intakez) the Clamp had slipped loose off the filter so only the friction of the filter held it on, they went and put it back on the filter for me and on the 90 deg section on the intake on the 360 Intakez CAI it had cut a hole in it (very crude, like with a utility knife) and stuck a plug in to hold the sensor (that's just how it came from 360 Intakez), the service techs noticed that and sealed it tight with RTV for me.

I bought my Magnum SRT8 from these guys, specifically Steve. That process was decent.

Service totally sucks. The service manager George is the worst ever. I went in for service and he complained about my Kooks headers, Zoomers exhaust & CAI. He put in a complaint and had me put on restriction.

It also took 6-weeks to get 2 replacement rims, which were damaged during delivery of the car.

Furthermore this was during the time of the transmission TSB, which they argued with me about and would not perform it since according to them it didn't exist.

I would not go back to them if they were giving FREE service or FREE cars, period.

Bought nothing from them but the service manager was awesome. There was also some lady that worked in the service department, I forget her name but she was cool as heck too.

They were willing to work with me to find out the problem I had with my car. This was back when I blew my motor and had 2 cracked pistons.

Point is they were willing to put it through but Herbee ruined it for me by putting in a complaint.

Bought my Super Bee from them. Told them I did not want the front license plate mounted but they mounted it regardless.

They made good on it and gave me 10 free oil changes. I guess that's close to an $800 value. Would only cost me $200.00 to have the front plate bracket removed and bumper fully painted.

Service is quick, all friendly. Would highly recommend.

They also sold me my car for a few thousand below MSRP.

After Herbee put me on restriction I was told by a friend out in PA to try these guys out. When I explained what happened to my car to the service manager over there he told me not to worry, bring the car in with the headers and all and they will take care of it. I think his name was Casey.

So I towed my car all the way to PA on a crappy U-HAUL trailer. The Magnum was hanging on for dear life the entire time.

I was willing to pay at this point after my past experiences with other dealers and I just wanted to find out what was wrong with my car. They agreed to do so. Them doing it under warranty was a perk, but again I offered to pay. I just wanted qualified mechanics to work on my car and find the problem regardless of cost.

They had my car for 30-days. I got my car back and they never found the problem (cracked pistons, which I discovered myself). They claimed the car was fine after they removed my Kooks LT headers.

They put over 100 miles on my car. Guess they were using it as their daily driver in the dealership.

In 30-days they took off 1 valve cover, refused to pull the heads. All promises made to me by the service manager were broken. All of a sudden after 20-days my headers were a problem and they on top of Herbee reported me as well.

They also charged me $600.00 to remove my Kooks headers and put the stock ones back on because the headers according to them were causing my cylinder misfire codes.

I can go on and on, but I won't. They suck stay away.

My father-in-law also bought a brand new $45K Jeep something or other from them. Had a CEL since day 1. They had the car in the shop 7 times and never fixed the problem. They now refuse to work on the car anymore.

In short he filed for the lemon law and he will be getting a replacement vehicle.

I didn't buy the car there but had a warranty issue (leaking transmission from the 13 pin connector). It was fixed once by replacing the connector, leaked the next day. I took it right back and later they called to tell me that they didn't have another connector and that the replacement would have to come from Atlanta. They arranged a rental car, which was delivered to my work place (an Equinox) and had it fixed the next day. So I give them a 4 for not getting it right the first time, but a 5 for how I was dealt with personally. Nice guy as a service coordinator.

I purchased my first Neon from them. The purchase was pretty good, but the service was bad. It took too long to get my car serviced. I did get a loaner car though. Also I have had friends and relatives get seriously ripped off there, especially women. I won't go back.

I purchased my second Neon there. They bent over backwards to make everything right for me and always gave me a loaner car. I would concider going back.

I have had both my Neon and my Charger Daytona serviced there. They are super awesome. They even found me a loaner when they didn't have one to give out. They are super nice and listen to what you say. They work with you. I have never bought a car there, but I will always have my Dodges serviced there!

The owners are old-school, and know their cars as well as have fun with them. The Primary owner keeps a custom painter on commision for doing one-off's and when the service tech saw my CAI on the Maggie, they were quick to offer thumbs up, and suggest that I clean it more often than the recommendations. They've also done custom paint for me, and the body-shop person was a great individual to work with and was quite clear on what he felt comfortable painting. (eg. no old armor-alled plastic) I've never had a fight with the service manager for anything. I've had a broken plastic retainer, leaking transaxle, and a couple minor "concerns" and everything has always been taken care of no questions asked. I do think it helps that I show pride in my vehicle that makes the dealer show extra care, but unsure of that.

NE Region: BANGOR DODGE 5 stars They are the best, treated me like royalty. So impressed with the way they treated my Magnum, I traded my Tacoma on a Ram. They gave me $4,000 more for my Tacoma than the a-hole Toyota dealer and reduced the $35,000 Ram to $24,500. Discount on a Tundra? Dream on. The mechanics are clean, courtious and curious as to the latest mods. Never had an issue with any mods, they just say wow,cool!
