Ok, I'll reveal a few of my eccentricities.
I have several different types of cleaners in my car, mainly leather and plastic Armor-alls, window washer fluid, as well as some brushes and a towel.
I too admit to giving my car washes in below-freezing weather. Mostly because the road salt drives me nuts. I'd rather have ice on my car that that goddamn salt. At least the ice protects my paint
My snow brush is the best I could find (and I shopped around!) It's an extendable snow brush and scraper with insulated grips, as well as has an awesome rubber squeegee on the back for the summer time. In the back of my car, I've got an emergency roadside kit with everything from jumpers, emergency blanket / first aid, reflective triangles, glow sticks (buying flares soon), strobe lights, gas pump / siphon, and collapseable plastic jug (to name a few).
I've also got a large container of road salt, a set of high-strength tow cables (for which I really have no purpose atm), a large length of strong woven nylon rope, a small toolbox with a full ratchet set and other basic tools, as well as a sleeping bag that I often use after I've had too much to drink at the bar (like last night).
As you can see, my obsession lies a bit more towards preparedness and safety. Maybe after winter I'll pull some of that stuff out and stock up on more cleaning products.
