    Need your advice!

    Hi everyone,

I'm looking to get to rims that would be 20X8.5 for the front and some 20X10 for the back on my Magnum. Think that would look right? Also, and this is my main question, how wide can I go with each? I want to go as wide as possible (that is safe of course).

    Thanks!!!

hell yea, thats probably the best wheel size to go with,
just make sure you get the right offsets so you can fit some good meat in the back.

The caller said they're 15 offsets. I know nothign about wheel so I don;t even know what that means. And if I put offsets, is that even legal for one and those it make it more dangerous at all?

why would it be illegal to have different sized wheels?
LOTS of people do the 10 wides inthe back and 8.5 or 9 wides in teh front.

its very common and looks VERY sexy

hers a pic of my 10 wide rears and 9 wide fronts. id probably rather have 8.5 wide fronts tho if i did it all again.

im not very good with the tire sizing... but i think you need a 315/35/20 in the rear, and ... a 275/40/20 in the front

Would there be less tread for the lugs if you put offsets? Did you put offsets? I guess you put that on before putting the wheel?

The rims say they are +15 offset. Would that look right with a 305/35/20 tire on my 20X10?

315 is a really wide tire I wish I had 295 on mine but i have 275/40/20 and I still think it's decent size.

Lots of good info here. You are confusing offset and spacers. You can't add offset, it is how the wheel is made. Spacers make wheels clear your brakes/ suspension stuff.

    Would a 245/45/20 be too small for a 20X8.5 and would a 275/40/20 be too small for a 20X10???
