My new exhaust and its problems!!!

I have a 2010 Sxt charger 3.5 and I just got a true dual exhaust.
A custom shop put it on, this is how it goes each header has straight pipe to Thrust Welded muffler(2) then it goes to the back with No Reso's I think its 2.5" muffler

    This is the issues:

    VERY VERY LOUD DRONE!!!

    NO LOW END TORQUE!!!

    VIBRATIONS VIBRATIONS VIBRATIONS inside cabin

What do I need to do to quiet it down and get torque up??

    Please help!!!!

This is exactly why I don't want to go aftermarket and would rather go with a stock R/T exhaust, and only to fill the second cut out in the rear bumper cover.
