    my first all LX day

    1. '05 300C
    concern: driveline shudder cruising above 40 mph.
    correction: flush trans fluid, replace filter & reseal dipstick tube as per TSB 21-011-05A.

    2. '05 300C
    concern: no illumination for ATC control head, heated seat switches, PRNDL lamp and trunk release inop.
    correction: replaced shorted headlamp washer pump blowing fuse #5 in IPM (B+ feed to CCN, which controls the illumination lamps mentioned earlier.)

    3. '06 charger SXT
    program extra key and install remote start.

    4. '05 magnum RT
    concern: heated seats inop
    correction: repaired pushed out terminal at heated seat module connector.

    i just fix the cars and let the service manager worry about how they're going to get paid. regardless of what he can claim, i get paid plenty for my time. when he asks me why my labor cost is so high, i just ask him "is the vehicle fixed and is the customer happy?". that usually shuts him up.

    I've been seeing a few this week as well, mainly for SIRIUS concerns, a leaking trans pan, removal of aftermarket HID lights, and the lovely people who bring their cars in because the low tire pressure light is on....

    I think more than anything however, I work on caravans and durangos.
