Mopars at the Battleship PIC THREAD!!

MAN what a day. It was foggy as hell in the morning but when the sun came out, boy did it warm the hell up, i've got the sun burns to prove it, lol.

We had 10 LXs show up to Show and another 3 or 4 members come by to hang out and look around!

Had a great time. The pics are so so... not my usual but quality but they'll work this time!

First off, here we have a very elegant mustang, lol.... HAD to get a pic of this guy!!

Morning fog, pulling into show and lining up with the other cars!

Everyone lined up. The old car and the sublime on the far right weren't with us, but was a cool guy!

Yes it was a ton of fun but the sun burn is not much fun, even though I did have like 3 coats of spf 800 on! LOL... And I will tell you that the Battleship is a whole lot bigger when you are walking through it than it looks from the road! I thought we were lost in there a couple of times...oh and where is that great pic of Tim????

Great meeting everyone...lots of fun! Guess we should buy a Challenger or a Viper if we want to win next year. Kind of interesting a judge walked away with a trophy for his stock sublime Charger and a plaque for his Dakota truck and being a club member winning also. Guess their is favortism everywhere along with it just being a popularity contest. I know we would not have won, but most of the LX members there had sweet rides that should have walked away with something...congrats to Justin though! Great paint job on your SRT8 300! I think we got more burnt waiting for the darn aways to be given out for the older cars. Hope to see everyone at the shindig in Perry, GA!

Word on that ****! I'm emailing them as we speak about what i think about their judging and how ****ed it was for them to dump all SRT from Neon to Viper in one pot and give all three vipers an award.... wooptie ****ing doo, it's a viper.....

Maybe they just wanted stock vehicles cause those that really put alot of work into thier cars didn't have a chance...especially 09 challengers come on please...and a viper in the same catergory as an LX these mopar show, actually all these judged car shows need to come into the 21 century 60's and 70's had some great cars 80's and 90's well...but 2000's are having a come back and the event should reflect it with the catergories....but theres always another show...still met some new friends and I guess thats whats it's about....later.
