Thumbs up Meeting an out-of-state member

I have met numerous people through this forum, but tonight is the first time I met someone from out of state. I had the pleasure of meeting GoofyTimL and his wife tonight for dinner. They were passing through Colorado on their way back to their home in West Virginia. They came to the Denver area for only one night to visit Tim's sister and her family, who live here. I was pleased when he contacted me a few weeks ago and invited me to join him and his family for dinner. What a great time we had. Tim and his family were such wonderful people. We enjoyed dinner and some wonderful conversation. After dinner, we went out in the parking lot and checked out the cars. He has one of the nicest 300-C's I've ever seen. An Inferno red Heritage Edition fully loaded. I forgot my camera at home, so I unfortunately I don't have any pictures (they probably wouldn't have come out anyway since it was dark out). I just wanted to thank Tim again for including me in his family dinner. He really made me feel right at home. I hope to see you again, my friend. I really had a wonderful time. Wishing you a safe journey home. - Walt

Garsh.... now I'm embarrassed... Inferno Red of course!

Walt... and Mark... it was my pleasure to be able to spend some time with you along with my family. I only wish I had had the presence of mind to take a good picture of Mark in Tucson... or Scottsdale!

Here the original intent was to meet Chromer and his wife with her IR H.E., but he had to go to NJ after all that planning. I'm glad you were able to work around your family's normal schedule of scouts, etc., to come by for some great pizza!
Still in love with my first wife, and first car ('68 Charger)... Still have the wife!
