Lost average mileage menu

Hello,

Something weird happened. It seems I have lost my average mileage menu. I am talking about the information screen that shows the average miles per gallon. I cycled through the menus and just gone on 2006 charger.

Any ideas on what happened?

one of the "menus" for lack of a better phrase is one that estimates how much miles you can travel on what you have left in the tank

ie "57 miles to empty"

i think its called distance to empty, come to think of it....
