Angry Loaner Car With Warranty Work?

I'm bringing in the Magnum before my speedo hits 36K this week and the dealer told me that they don't provide loaner cars for warranty work. I was like WTF? The last few times I brought it in it was no problem.
Anyone know if this is part of the 36k warranty?

No. Very few mfg include loaners, mostly on high end models.

What they did or did not do to anybody is not the question. The question is whether they are required to under the terms of the warranty.

My dealer says, you get a loaner since you bought a 300C. I don't know if that's totally true as I see others in the rental car pickup booth. At least I get one though.

It's a dealer thing. If they want to give you a loaner, they can. But it isn't required under the warranty.

I had one dealer that gave me a loaner on my 5 year old car that I bought used from them.

I think the first year 2005 magnums had the same warranty as Chrysler. Find your paperwork that came with your car. Look for the Premium Care Plan which states you should get a free rental. Here is what Chrysler's looked like.
