    KW V2 Tuning advice needed

Upgraded wife's 300C with KW V2 Coil Overs and Hotchkis sways. Asked that they use 1.5 turns on front and 2.5 on rears for dampening. Ride is very firm. Probably firmer than my 300C SRT. Does anyone have experience tuning the KWs for a smoother ride? What are the practical limits on adjusting the dampening? KW says don't drive it full firm, or full soft. Any advice is welcome...Mahalo

It's all going to depend on your preference. Try 2 turns on fronts and 3 on rears. Drive on different roads; smooth, rough, twisties, highway, then change the settings. You'll figure out what best suits your driving.
