Key Question...

For some reason my key for my 06 Charger is sucking here lately. Well, for about the last 6 months, but i've been to lazy to get on here and ask. I lost my spare, so all I got is just one. For some reason its not a responsive(I used to click it like 2-3 times to lock it and it would honk every time, now it honks once and I got to wait about 15 seconds before it will do it again) and the distance seems to be getting shorter and shorter...Is this a battery problem? If so what battery should I get? And anyone know what kind of screw goes in it, mine is pretty much stripped..(I tried to get it out to see what kind of battery it was, but I forgot and I'm not sure how many times I will be able to unscrew it)

check your battery clips inside the FOB. they have a tendency to become unsoldered. pretty easy to solder them back. if still under warranty, your dealer will probably replace it.
