    Question Inside Car show power questoin?

    What do you guys use at indoor car shows for power? I have been looking and cant figger out what I need. I cant have my battery hooked up. Any help and links would be great!

    The guy that did my audio install wants to install a show plug. From what I understand they will put something like an extension cord type plug under the car with some sort of converter. All you would need to do is be able to plug it to a wall at the show. It is on a few of there show cars. Only reason I haven’t done it is because we don’t get to many indoor car shows here.

    If you just need power for your interior accessories, anything that uses DC voltage, then you could get a marine-type battery and hook it up in place of your in car battery. Or, if you need AC voltage then you still could use the marine-type battery and hook a power inverter up to it ... just make sure the inverter is capable of handling the load you will place on it. Hope this helps.

    You cant have ANY type of battery hooked up. Plus it will be running from 9AM tell 7PM, and Its a 3 day show. Im looking for a Converter I belive. Somthing to convert AC to DC.

    Get a 60amp power converter. Same as is used on RV's. More than 60amps will change the plug design.

    i have two 100 amp power supplys and that doesnt cover my lights and stereo and tvs. when i ran my denali i had 5 100 amp power supplies.... i takes alot to run stereo tvs and lights...you will be surprised.... get exspensive real quick too..

    Astron has great power supplies.... the biggest issue is hiding those supplies in the car
